About Us
Our Story
CXI Services, Inc. began operations in December of 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Operating out of a 10-seater hole-in-the-wall office in Bacoor, Cavite with 12 full-time employees, the company started from humble beginnings.
In February 2021, the first CXI office was built as a DIY passion project by friends and family—from the carpentry to welding and paint works, to network setup—everything was built by hand from the ground up.
From there the company grew bigger in operations, expanding gradually in headcount month by month, and currently with the expansion of the operations to Kawit, Cavite, the total number of seats has grown to 400 as of September 2022.

CXI Services, Inc. began as a small family business, built on strong foundations of traditional Filipino family values and offering the best of what world-class Filipino talent and culture have to offer.
As the company grew exponentially through God’s favor, CXI continues to operate with the same values it holds dear. This is shown through the respect and trust offered to each client, each employee, and each customer we come in contact with. And that is the promise we continue to live by.
